This product consists of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) casting powder, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and trace pigments. It is used together with the denture base resin (l) type liquid, and it is heated and cured.Scope of application for denture production.
How to use:
1. It is recommended to operate this product in an environment with a temperature of 23°C±2°C and a relative humidity of 50%+10%.
2. Use with denture base resin (type) liquid. When mixing powder and liquid, it is recommended that the powder/liquid ratio be 22q/(10±0.5)q, and the movement should be light when stirring to avoid artificial bubbles.
3. Swelling at standstill: After the powder and liquid are reconciled, the following changes will occur with
time: wet sand stage → thin paste stage → sticky silk stage → dough stage → rubber stage → hard stage. Among them, the dough stage is the best filling stage for the most soft and plastic, non-stick devices.
4. Heating and curing: heat the stuffed resin to polymerize the monomers in it. There are three kinds of commonly Used water bath heat treatment as follows:
(1) Put the mold box in a water bath at 70°C to 75°C, keep the temperature constant for 90 minutes, then heat it up to boiling, and keep it for 30 to 60 minutes.
(2) Put the mold box in warm water, slowly heat up to the boiling point in 1.5~2h, and keep it for 30~60min.
(3) Put the mold box in a water bath at 70ºC~75ºC for 9h. Among the above methods, the first one is the fastest, the second one is the easiest, and the third one has the best denture performance. The water level of the water bath must be higher than the surface of the box, and it should be ground and polished after it is completely cooled. The principle of dry heat curing is the same.
5. The initial packing time is about 6-9 minutes, and the final packing time is about 11-16 minutes.
6. It is recommended to use conventional separating agent.

Matters attention:
1. This product is a special material for stomatology and is only used by professionally trained personnel. Keep away from open flames during operation, and be careful not to let children touch it.
2. The volatilization of the liquid should be minimized during the swelling process.
3. The operator's skin should not be in contact with uncured resin or liquid for a long time to avoid inhalation.
4. Store away from light and heat, keep away from fire and organic solvents, and pay attention to moisture-proof.
5. If the package is opened or damaged, and the logo is unclear or damaged, please do not use it. 6. The restoration is easily damaged by heavy objects or high-speed impact, please wash it with clean water.
7. The use of this material can help restore the clear chewing function without pharmacological effects.
8. Residual methyl methacrylate monomer content should be less than 4.5%. Taboo: Patients with a history of acrylic allergy should not use this product. Physicians should ask patients whether they have a history of allergies before treating them.
